The chapel memorial services (funeral homes) is a lucrative and tightly fought and very competitive industry. There are losers and winners.
Funeraria Paz which has entrenched itself at MMP (at the cost of the latter) is the leader and has the most number of branches. Some say that it silently owned by a Chinese mogul (take note that the Chinese do not want to invest in death business) We too have a Chinese partner but do not want to be identified. It is one of their lucrative businesses now with a lot of cash flow..
